FG Opens Online Portal to Train and Employ Nigerian Youths — Apply Now
The Federal Government of Nigeria has officially launched the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase 2, a nationwide programme aimed at empowering 28,000 Nigerian youths with hands-on skills for job creation and sustainable wealth building.
This strategic initiative, driven by the National Directorate of Employment (NDE), aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which emphasizes poverty reduction, youth empowerment, and economic growth.
π Programme Schedule
- Start Date: 28th July 2025
- End Date: 11th August 2025
Training will be conducted at the electoral ward level across all states, ensuring inclusiveness and deeper grassroots engagement.
π§° What Skills Will Be Taught?
The programme covers 30 vocational, agricultural, digital, and entrepreneurial skills. Participants will receive free training in areas such as:
- Fashion design and tailoring
- Phone and laptop repair
- Hairdressing and beauty therapy
- Digital marketing
- Crop and livestock farming
- Soap and disinfectant production
